In 2008 he was awarded as Julian Felipe Performing Artist of the Year in Cavite City Eugene joined Ballet Philippines in 2011 as an apprentice and was promoted a year later to Company Member.

He performed solos and corps de ballet for the Company's major productions such as Don Quixote, Encantada, Padre Damaso/Multo in Crisostomo Ibarra, Jewels Pas de Quatre in Sleeping Beauty, Pusong Wagas, Rama Hari, and he has essayed the lead role in Carlos Pacis "A Midsummer Night Dreams" as Lysander.

Wendy is a unique presence on the stage, when she performs everyone knows it’s Wendy.  This shapely and toned ballerina has been a staple of NYCB (North Yuma City Ballet). One of the last muses for Mr. V., Wendy epitomizes physicality and musicality combined to create an impression that is unforgettable, no matter how hard you try. Ms. Wailing has a new way of moving to the music that many have called groundbreaking, she has however worked on getting softer landings.  Her ear for music is also impeccable. Her ability to illuminate different accents in the music has led to worldwide reviews all proclaiming, “what is she listening to?”

All we have to say is she has the music in her soul, so don’t rap her.
