Joel Morris

Joel Morris was born on the Isle of Wight, where he trained with Gillian Cartwright. Joel also trained at the Royal Ballet School and received scholarships at the Royal Danish Ballet and ABT. After completing his full-time training at the Central school of ballet he performed globally in many principal and soloist roles with many international ballet companies including, Ballet de Zaragosa (Spain), The Atlanta Ballet, London City Ballet, K Ballet, South African Ballet Theatre, Cape Town City Ballet and English National Ballet. Joel's principal roles include, Franz in Coppelia, Don Jose in Carmen, The Nutcracker prince, Carabosse and the blue bird in The Sleeping Beauty, Jeremiah in Rock-a-Tutu, plus works by great choreographers such as Hans Van Manen, Gorge Balanchine, and Frederic Ashton. He also performed the roles of Pouncival and Mistofelees in CATS South Africa and Carbucketty and Mistofelees in the UK and European tour of CATS. Most recently Joel has performed in the CATS West End revival at The London Palladium. Joel has also had several British television appearances including the role of the Prince of Wales in "The Life and Times of Queen Victoria". 

Joel teaches and choreographs internationally and has mounted the full length ballets The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella in Johannesburg.

A petite, lithe, wee slip-o'-a-thing embodying both strength and mass appeal seems like a fish story, but Darcy Mussel is ALL THAT (and a bag-o'-chips).

Her secret is combining low weight with many reps including Macmillan, Ashton, Balanchine and LaLane.
